About Digital Dragonfly
Since 2010 we have helped hundreds of solo business owners do their best work with the right technology. So if you are a consultant, coach, virtual assistant, freelancer or creative you’ve come to the right place.
So what’s our mission?
We strive to give our clients back precious minutes and hours in their days so they have more time for their billable work or their families. We sleep well at night knowing our client’s important data is backed up and their systems are secure. We love showing our clients how the right tools and techniques and help them reclaim their business workflows and save them hours of time. We help our clients use technology to do their best work. It saves them time and gives them space to do other things – like grow their business or take time with their family. It gives them peace of mind and a productive work environment. Our clients know their success comes when they don’t do it all themselves. Our clients know we are there for them. They value our personal approach and independent advice. We love being part of their team.
And how did we get here?
You might be wondering what the story is behind Digital Dragonfly? Like many of our clients Nazz and I used to work 9-5 jobs. Like many of our clients me, Francesca, also went through a career change.
We both spent time at Goldman Sachs in NY and London – there is nothing like time on Wall Street to hone your work ethic and organisational skills! Nazz has run his own IT support company and Francesca had a successful career in the Art World before we decided work life balance and our young family needed to come first. We set up Digital Dragonfly in early 2010 and now work from our home office in beautiful Kent.
Why the name?
This goes back to Francesca’s Art History roots (I have a PhD gathering dust on my bookshelf!) and an interest in Japanese art where Dragonflies are a common symbol of courage, strength and happiness. These are three words which really resonated with us when when we were setting up Digital Dragonfly and which still now remind us of what’s needed to run your own business (courage and strength) and what we are ultimately aiming for by working for ourselves (happiness). I think so far we are doing OK on all three.
Who’s in the team?
We’re a husband and wife team so you’ll be looked after by myself Francesca, as the lead consultant and main point of contact and Nazz who is the Chief Geek and technical liaison with clients. We couldn’t do it without our virtual assistant Katie who looks after the operations side of things and is best described as our Chief Happiness Officer. Mochi the Office Cat plays a vital role in keeping our Kent based home office cosy.
Francesca founded Digital Dragonfly in 2010. She loves simplifying, untangling and figuring out which tools work best for clients. Clients often comment on her endless patience and jargon-free approach to technology. Often found with a cup of tea and dark chocolate on her desk.

Nazz co-founded Digital Dragonfly and acts as CTO and Chief Geek. He has a strong IT background having worked as programmer at Goldman Sachs and grown his own IT services company, Hypercubic, which he sold back in 2011. As an established Office 365 Consultant he also runs Nimbulus Consulting.

Katie started as a virtual assistant and online business manager in 2010, leaving the corporate Executive PA world behind her. She loves helping busines owners get organised and has been supporting Digital Dragonfly and it’s clients since 2014.
